In 1976, Florence Black went to work for Bobby Murphy at his accounting firm. After 6 years of dedicated service, Florence became a partner in the firm and Murphy & Black Accountants was created. Bobby passed away in 1998 and the following year, Florence decided to open her own accounting practice. Florence Black & Associates was founded in September of 1999 and continues to proudly serve its clients.

In order to meet that goal, our firm invests in ourselves through continuing education and the firm itself by making sure we have top-tier accounting and tax software.
